More efficient cell clone screening…

In ClonePix system, clones can be isolated on the basis of expression levels of the target protein and in the speed of growth, delivering high yielding clones that are stable and suitable for next stage. ClonePix enables significantly more cells to be screened, isolating only the high value clones- significantly shortening timescales, simplifying downstream tissue culture and delivering a powerful return on investment.

…Higher expression vector and more efficient bioreactor

The bioreactors are used to improve the production of biotherapeutics in mammalian cell lines. In the past, bacteria like E. coli served as biological factories, it is difficult to manufacture large proteins with the proper structure and functional side groups in bacteria. CHO and other mammalian cell lines, however, grow slowly and generate low yields of biomolecules.

Profacgen have established a proprietary expression vector series pGCr, which speeds production rates and raises yields in CHO cells close to that of E. coli biomanufacturing. As known to all, about 99% of the chromatin in eukaryotic cells is condensed, and our vector which contains GC-rich fragment acts to expose target genes to transcription factors.

Profacgen can supply you the services on biomanufacturing with traditional or novel bioreactors, both of them are certificated and licensed. A novel but certified bioreactor improves the traditional ones through oxygen transfer method. The new designed bioreactor can eliminate the blades which are caused by rotating blades and air sparging, and it can attract oxygen from ambient air efficiently.
