Product description

Flavonoid glycosyltransferase (UFGT) catalyzes the final step in flavonoid biosynthesis, leading to the formation of a variety of glycoside derivatives. Studies have shown that the expression level of UFGT is positively correlated with anthocyanin accumulation, making it a key enzyme in anthocyanin biosynthesis. Flavonoid glycosyltransferase (UFGT) catalyzes the formation of quercetin-3-galactoside from quercetin and UDP-galactose, and by detecting the increase rate of this product at 350nm, the enzyme activity can be calculated.
