Product description

This kit provides a specific method for trehalose detection. Trehalose is first hydrolyzed into two molecules of glucose by trehalose enzymes, and then the glucose content is detected using the GOPOD method. By correcting the background value of free glucose, the trehalose content can be obtained, and other disaccharides such as maltose and lactose will not interfere with this assay.

Visible spectrophotometer, 1mL glass cuvettes (optical path 1cm), balance, pipettes, mortar and pestle, centrifuge, distilled water.
