Product description

This kit provides a quantitative, rapid, simple, and sensitive method for detecting D-mannose content. D-mannose is converted into glucose under the action of specific enzymes, and glucose, under the action of an enzyme complex including hexokinase, increases the amount of NADPH. By detecting the increase at 340nm, the D-mannose content is calculated.
