Product description

Glucose (C6H12O6) is the primary source for the energy molecule ATP. This kit provides a quantitative, rapid, simple, and sensitive detection method. Glucose, under the action of an enzyme complex including hexokinase, increases the amount of NADPH. By detecting the increase at 340nm, the glucose content is calculated.
