Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4, 5 % trehalose and 5 % mannitol.
Molecular Mass
Recombinant Human TIMD3 consists of 190 amino acids after removal of the signal peptide and has a predicted molecular mass of 21.4 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rhTIMD is approximately 40-45 kDa due to glycosylation.
Endotoxin
< 1.0 EU per 1 microgram of protein (determined by LAL method).
Purity
> 96 % by SDS-PAGE.
Storage
In lyophilized state for 1 year (4°C); After reconstitution under sterile conditions for 3 months (-70°C). Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Reconstitution
Reconstitute in sterile distilled water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.

Background
Receptor for TNFSF18. Seems to be involved in interactions between activated T-lymphocytes and endothelial cells and in the regulation of T-cell receptor-mediated cell death. Mediated NF-kappa-B activation via the TRAF2/NIK pathway.
