Bio-activity
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized human TNFRSF4-his at 2 μg/mL (100 μl/well) can bind human TNFSF4/mFc, The EC50 of human TNFSF4/mFc is 29 ng/mL.
Molecular Mass
Recombinant Human TNFRSF4 consists of 199 amino acids after removal of the signal peptide and has a predicted molecular mass of 21.7 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rh TNFRSF4 is approximately 40-45 kDa due to glycosylation.
