Bio-activity
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized mouse PDCD1-His at 10 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind mouse CD274-Fch, The EC50 of mouse CD274-Fch is 1.0-2.3μg/ml.
Molecular Mass
Recombinant Mouse PDCD1 consists of 154 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 17.6 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rm PDCD1 is approximately 40-45 kDa due to glycosylation.
