Molecular Mass
Recombinant Mouse TNFRSF4/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer comprises 433 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 48.3 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of the monomer is approximately 60 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
