Product description

Lipase (EC 3.1.1.3) is a special ester bond hydrolase that can catalyze the hydrolysis of natural fats and oils and has a wide range of applications in many industrial fields such as food, medicine, detergents, and leather. This kit provides a simple and rapid detection method, using p-nitrophenyl ester as a substrate, lipase hydrolyzes the substrate to produce colored p-nitrophenol, and the absorbance value at 405nm can be measured to determine lipase activity.
